PE and Sport Premium
At Eastfield Primary Academy, we recognise the important role that physical activity, PE and sport play in supporting children's health, wellbeing and personal development.
We aim to provide children with enjoyable and inclusive opportunities to be active, develop their physical skills, experience a range of sports and activities, and build confidence, resilience and teamwork.
Our approach links closely to our academy drivers of Pride, Collaboration and Understanding. Through PE, sport and physical activity, children are encouraged to challenge themselves, celebrate achievement, work positively with others and develop attitudes and skills that extend beyond the classroom.
The PE and Sport Premium provides additional funding to help primary schools develop and enhance their PE, physical activity and sporting provision.
